What to have ready

Electricity data
12 months of half-hourly interval data, or your most recent electricity invoices including agreed supply capacity (kVA). Even a rough annual figure is enough to start.
Site description
Approximate floor and roof area, site address, and a brief description of your main processes and shift pattern.
Gas or thermal loads
Annual gas consumption and a note of any significant heating, process heat or cooling demand — relevant for CHP, heat pump and boiler-replacement assessments.
